Hikaya means “story” in Arabic — and that’s exactly what we seek to preserve.

Not just the story of a rug, but of the women who wove it, the hands that restored it, the homes it’s lived in, and the new chapter it begins when it finds yours.

Hikaya Woven began from a love of soulful spaces and a deep respect for handmade heritage. What started as a quiet obsession with vintage Moroccan rugs has become a curated collection — each piece sourced slowly and intentionally for its depth, texture, and emotional resonance.

We work directly with trusted artisans, local collectors, and weaving families — building relationships, sharing tea, listening to stories told through thread and gesture. This is not fast furniture. This is slow, lived-in beauty.
