We understand that purchasing a vintage rug online is both an investment and a considered decision. Every Hikaya Woven piece is one of a kind, and we encourage you to contact us prior to purchase with any questions regarding size, condition, colour, or suitability for your space. We are always happy to assist.
Sale & Discounted Items
All discounted or sale items are final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
Full-Priced Items
Returns on full-priced items may be accepted under the following conditions:

You must notify us of your intention to return the item within 3 days of the delivery date.

The item must be shipped back within 5 days of the original delivery date.

The rug must be returned undamaged, unused, and in its original condition.
Once the return is received and approved, a full refund minus the original shipping cost will be processed. If you would like an estimate of shipping costs prior to purchase, please contact us and we will gladly assist.
Return Shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We strongly recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as Hikaya Woven cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
Processing Your Refund
Once your return has been received and assessed, you will be notified, and your refund will be processed accordingly.
